Provision of Training
All training courses may be subject to change or cancellation if not viable to run.
In exceptional circumstances, where a course is scheduled to run, InSynch reserves the right to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness.
Finance
Individual learners will be expected to pay the full cost of their study and accreditations before starting their programme or course. Up-front costs are paid to awarding organisations and others, so payments made to InSynch are non- refundable.
InSynch will invoice for training courses once they have been completed.
Where InSynch enters a partnership arrangement with another organisation/company for the awarding of accredited units and qualifications the invoice or partial invoice, may be raised once the learners have received their certificates.
Quotes will be exclusive of VAT which where applicable will be charged at the prevailing rate
Invoices must be paid within 30 days by bank transfer quoting the invoice number as the reference number.
Data Protection
The information you provide us with is only used to register you with the Awarding Body, for communicating with you about training delivery and other services. We keep all your personal data in accordance with our Data Protection Policy, which is available on request.
We will not pass your personal data onto any other organisation/ individual for marketing, sales or any other purpose. Once you have received your certificate, you can ask us to remove your personal information from our records. To do this you must send an email to enquiries@insynch.co.uk and provide us with your name, your organisation, the course you attended and the date (s) of the training.
We will retain all evidence submitted for accredited units and qualifications in accordance with the relevant awarding bodies retention policies and procedures.
Content Ownership
InSynch policies, procedures, materials, and resources will be provided to learners and customers in accordance with the programme of study. These policies, procedures materials/resources should not be re-produced or given to others without the express permission of InSynch.
InSynch will not be held liable for any errors and mistakes in their policies, procedures, materials, and resources. If errors and mistakes are made known to us, we will endeavour to correct them at the earliest opportunity.
Learner Declaration
Learners will sign the following declaration to ensure all assessment evidence submitted is authentic:
- I confirm that all the work contained within this workbook/ e portfolio is my own work and has not been completed, in part or in full, by anyone else, including Artificial Intelligence software.
- All my sources have been appropriately referenced, and I acknowledge that plagiarism and collusion, in any form, are unacceptable.
- I agree that the personal information contained within this workbook/submitted for registration can be processed in line with the requirements of the Awarding Body.
