Meet the New InSynch

In September 2020, we’d delivered 200 online consultations over 6 months. Now we deliver that almost every month.

It’s been over a year since we closed the doors on our head office in Aberystwyth, carried our computers home and set up home offices. Like many businesses, the adjustment to home working took some getting used to, but we adapted and thrived – even my home office live streaming camera went from 720p to full HD 1080p! And just like my new webcam, changes to our business have made our services clearer and allowed us to present a bigger, brighter picture to our clients.

You may remember, in the first 5 months of the lockdown, we’d held over 900 remote meetings online, 200 consultations and 62 webinars. We are now averaging almost 200 consultations a month, countless remote meetings, and this week alone we deliver 5 webinars in the space of 2 days.

Going online has allowed us to open our services to the whole of the UK, and even into Europe and the rest of the world as we brought on clients based in Spain and New Zealand. Not only

Gone are the days of driving back and forth from Conwy to Llanelli and Oswestry to Bridgnorth, turning our seminars into webinars has allowed us to deliver so many more online that we are now holding hour-long lunchtime sessions every Wednesday at 1 pm. Join us for the next #WebinarWednesdays. Not only are we holding our own webinars and consultations, we also deliver for multiple Welsh Government organisations including Tyfu Cymru, Cywain, and Superfast Business Wales.

There is always an InSynch specialist at the other end of your computer if your business needs help with Digital Marketing.

We have made a permanent change to an agile way of working. Our team now work in our offices and also at home on a flexible basis, across the UK. Our preference is for as many meetings as possible, including consultancy and training, to take place over video call (Meet, Zoom etc). This helps us to minimise our impact on the environment, provide a more efficient service and look after our staff.”
