First Event Promoted with InSynch SOLD OUT

Street Food Circus hosts some of Wales’s most unique and spectacular events throughout the year. Starting in Wales and expanding to other cities across the UK, Street Food Circus aims to bring the best street food from around the world to idyllic locations in the UK. It brings together nomads, misfits, and mixologists to create immersive dining experiences unlike any other. In 2024, Matt “the hat” sought us out to help promote their events.

The Client’s Aim:

Street Food Circus sought to drive ticket sales and build brand awareness throughout Wales and the UK. Their primary audience included families, festival-goers, food enthusiasts, and individuals seeking activities with friends and family. They aimed to extend their reach using digital marketing across social media and Google.

To achieve these goals, we put together an event promotion digital marketing strategy for them, focussing on the following elements:

  • PPC advertising, targeting local users on Google, YouTube Facebook, and Instagram to increase festival awareness.
  • Social media management of event posts to promote organically and gain additional exposure through user interactions.
  • Remarketing emails and event updates that improved brand perception.
  • Our brand-new event boost service, that would create a customisable blueprint for planning and promoting each festival.

What we Achieved:

InSynch developed an intelligent, results-driven event boost strategy continuously refined to fit each festival’s needs. With only a few months, our holistic marketing strategy led to 100% of tickets for Forest Feastival being sold!

Event Boost

We started off by created a planning timeline template to serve as a flexible blueprint for promoting each festival. Regular meetings with the client ensured the blueprint aligned with the specific needs of each festivals. Using our project planning timeline template, we reduced the setup and development time for festival promotion strategies.

PPC Advertising

Our marketing experts crafted targeted campaigns reaching new audiences within driving distance of the event locations, with detailed targeting aligned to Street Food Circus’s personas. Remarketing campaigns reignited interest among past users through various channels, creating lookalike audiences to expand our reach. These efforts garnered over 60,000 link clicks and 750,000 impressions!

We conducted keyword research to tailor Google Search campaigns for each event, targeting different locations, relevant keywords and competitor events. YouTube ads targeted specific audiences and behaviours, promoting brand awareness. These ads achieved over 14,000 link clicks and 165,000 impressions!

Email Marketing

Focusing on growing the Street Food Circus email marketing audience for general festival ticket sales, food traders, and influencers, we set up and optimised various signup forms. These forms allowed users to express their interest and join relevant email marketing groups, ensuring they received targeted campaigns.

We launched Street Food Circus email marketing campaigns in 2024, developing effective newsletters to promote the festival’s 2024 launch. Through these campaigns, we created a direct line of communication with the audience, providing them with timely updates, exclusive offers, and engaging content tailored to their interests. This approach helped us build a strong, engaged community eager to participate in Street Food Circus events.
