Peters
Over 2,000% Return on PPC Ad Spend
Peters is a UK-based company that specialises in providing schools and libraries with a broad range of educational books, furniture, and tailored library design solutions. With a strong track record in delivering high-quality products and services, Peters is committed to enhancing learning environments across the education sector. The company approached us to refine and enhance their digital marketing strategy, aiming to increase website traffic, online sales, and engagement.
The Client’s Aim:
Peters initially approached us to support them in analysing their existing digital marketing strategy and to develop a more comprehensive and detailed approach in line with our Total Digital Marketing methodology. Their main objectives were to:
- Increase website visitors and drive more online sales through ppc marketing.
- Improve user engagement and retention on their website through website optimisation.
- Implement key ecommerce marketing tactics that had previously not been fully explored.
What We Achieved:
Through a combination of SEO, PPC marketing, website optimisation, and innovative design, we were able to help Peters improve their online presence and achieve substantial growth in both website visitors and sales.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
We advised Peters on changes to the website, alongside SEO content changes geared towards increasing their visibility in search engines. Organic traffic saw a 137.52% increase in the 2024 compared to the previous period, driving substantial growth in visibility and search engine rankings. Increasing their ranking distribution to include 500+ keywords in the top 3 pages of Google.
Pay-Per-Click Advertising
We devised a comprehensive PPC marketing across Google, Meta, and Bing, with ads tailored to the type of target user likely to use those platforms. We achieved an average return on ad spend over 2,000% each month, delivering exceptional value from the advertising budget. Not only this, but the PPC ads created reached over 1.5 million target users in 2024, effectively expanding their audience across key platforms.
Conversion & Website Optimisation
Before making changes, our website optimisation experts thoroughly analysed the current conversion data, recordings, and heatmaps of how tested users were using the website. A new homepage and landing pages were created by our graphic designer, based on the feedback from the data. Alongside this was implementation of an automated email marketing series’ and engaging pop-ups to capture leads and nurture relationships.
The results were above expectations, with SEO content and conversion optimisation, overall traffic to the website increased by 359% in 2024 compared to 2023. Furthermore, the bounce rate decreased by 12% and recorded key events increased by 223%, demonstrating a marked improvement in user interaction and engagement.
